Reverse Horror Roguelke Deckbuilder | Deck of Haunts demo
3Hello everyone! Here we are with a recently released DEMO of an upcoming game. This is Deck of Haunts, a reverse horror roguelike deckbuilder... How does that work? You may be asking. Well, you play as a haunted mansion and your objective is to kill or turn insane to the people who gets inside. You do that by playing cards during nights or managing your mansion during the day.
Concept is unique in the genre (it's a twist to the horror genre mostly seen in board games) and execution is great... HOWEVER, there are still plenty of bugs present in the game that hopefully will be fixed soon. I still managed to enjoy this demo a lot, but couldn't finish a run because of those bugs.
Great game in both senses, as a horror game and as a roguelike deckbuilder.
I gotta confess that I didn't really play it well, because sometimes I was confused about some other details of the game and I ended up by messing up some building or the way to use some cards.
