I've just managed to get Jessica to i3 but this clear was when she was still i2.
The key to this fight is being able to survive Regulus ulti while bursting her down.

Regulus will gain moxie fairly quickly (2-3 turns) and use her ulti
Regulus Ulti hurts! But it also despawns all the minions BEFORE they take action that round
So I decided to just let Regulus Ulti go off to help manage adds
Sotheby and TF can apply Sturdiness which also stacks with Sonetto's buff to help mitigate damage. Spam heals with them when boss evades attacks the turn after ulti.
Focus all damage on boss.
