Kill la Kill The Game - IF is a 3D Arena Fighter focused on 1v1.
KLK - IF is is an entry into the likes of Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm, etc. . Unlike traditional 2D Fighting Games it has much more simple controls and is focused more on Movement, Spacing and Decision Making while keeping it the controls snappy.

Nudist Beach DTR General Gameplay Impression

Meant for all ranges but struggles against long range characters. Nudist Beach DTR is slow but has attacks for about all ranges though it isn't likely that you can overcome close range or long range specialists.

If you take a look at the Survival Challenge and Vs CPU videos you'll see that characters that can blow away the Gatling Gun (or Peashooter) with their own projectiles will pose a real challenge for example: Nonon, Inumuta and Nui.
Due to the slow speed, getting close to long range specialists will become a huge challenge.

While it can't be seen in the videos, DTR's attacks are pretty slow and are likely to get interrupted by fast opponent.

The Gatling Gun seems to have the special ability of reducing the special gauge of your opponent after a set amount of hits. At 0 Valor it's only 1 bar, but once you hit Valor 1 it becomes 2 bars!
That's not all. It also regenerates 50% of the damage. I.e. Half gauge at 0 Valor and a Full Gauge at Valor 1!

At Valor 2, Nudist Beach DTR shows the fatal ability of being able to reduce a FULL GAUGE to ZERO with the Super CR Special.

This character is the only character outside of Nui who can depletes the opponents gauge. Getting Valor Level 1 will prove to be an important milestone within a match.
Use the Gatling Gun to keep the pressure on your opponent and use your LR Follow Up to knock them down, while use your far reaching CR Attacks to hit them hard at relative close range. Always keep in mind what kind of character your opponent is and adjust accordingly.

Overall Nudist Beach DTR is a rather technical character with many unique traits. The Break Attacks are not straightforward like all the others but also have a lot of potential in setting up special situations.
Another thing to note is that this character is slow.
All things considered, it's not an easy to play character and requires time to figure out. Especially the Break Attacks and the different specialist match ups.
