Kill la Kill The Game - IF is a 3D Arena Fighter focused on 1v1.
KLK - IF is is an entry into the likes of Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm, etc. . Unlike traditional 2D Fighting Games it has much more simple controls and is focused more on Movement, Spacing and Decision Making while keeping it the controls snappy.

Nui General Gameplay Impression
Nui is unlike the rest of the cast. Her strength doesn't lie in any range but controlling the field with her Clones.Curiously her jump speed is her biggest strength in movement. She also has something that no other characters have: The EX Clone Attacks. These attacks deplete a single Special gauge and present a middle way between normal and special attacks and help her improve the control of the battlefield.
Nui's CR attacks are frankly not very good at first glance and should be used with much deliberation or in combination with her LR-Attacks.
Her CR Special on the other hand is quite nasty. Not only does it damage to your health, it also damages your special gauge by a lot. Making it a possibility to force your opponent to dance on your palm.
The LR-Attacks are all clone based and require some time to get active because they are thrown out before popping up. The Charge LR-Attacks are able to fill the field with obstacles and offering additional tools in controlling the field.
Once she hits Valor Level 1 things become even more interesting because her LR + Break EX Clone Attack moves/teleports to your opponent.
Nui is not a simple character. When playing her you should be able to think ahead at any time and scheme against them by cutting off their options with your clones.
Resource management is also going to be more complicated with the additional SP Attacks in her repertoire and her CR Special that damages your opponents SP Gauge.
She's definitely a character that I can't put my finger on with the lacking playtime against other human players.
