REVIEW: Static Prevails - Jimmy Eat World | Concept album?!
It's time to review my favourite album: Jimmy Eat World's Static Prevails!
This isn't a normal thing for my channel, but I've been wanting to do this video for months. I love the album so much that I would recommend going to check it out!
Static Prevails was released in 1996 by Jimmy Eat World and Capital records. Tracklisting is as follows:
Thinking, That's All
Rockstar
Claire
Call it in the Air
Seventeen
Episode IV
Digits
Caveman
World is Static
In the Same Room
Robot Factory
Anderson Mesa
(77 Satellites)*
(What I Would Say to You Now)*
(* Bonus Tracks on 2007 re-issue)
Also in this video, I will be discussing something rather unexpected... Is this a concept album?! I have a jolly interesting theory to suggest that it is.
