We're revisiting a fan favourite amongst hardcore stealth fans. Styx, an amber infused, foul-mouthing Goblin that has a lofty goal: Steal the heart of the World Tree to feed his urges and make the noises in his head disappear. But, to get there he needs to go through vast mazes, cities, you name it and avoid being seen. In this first part Styx is taken captive by Governor Barimen, and recollects his previous mission which started with him waking up close to the World Tree, but with all his belongings gone...

The story is actually very decent in this one, throwing twists left and right that you definitely didn't see coming, painted elegantly with a fair blanket of politics. Matched with beautiful vistas, excellent level design and a stealth mechanic that values time and careful precision, this still stands as one of most satisfying stealth games to play. It's of course not without its flaws, the platforming can be tedious at times and the later levels at higher difficulties are downright brutal. There are also various collectibles to get and accolades to aim on each level.
