In order to eventually get in to the World Tree, a Master Key is needed. That key is neatly hidden away at Governor Barimen's well guarded apartments. In order to get there, we need to silently sneak our way through the viaducts to get to the docks. From there, we can smuggle ourselves in to Barimen's office hidden away in a cargo in one of the governor's chest slated for being delivered.
