As the news broke out last September when Hendrick Motorsports got fined $100,000 and losing 10 hours of wind tunnel time, I was surprisingly shocked that all four drivers this season have been running well despite all the engineers that are employed in that race team. I guess that got around the system of not needing much wind tunnel in order to get their race cars a lot better.
Maybe peaking too early hasn't hurt them as the summer stretch rolls along.
