Here's just a fun, quick demo of how RF interference is affected by EVERYTHING around it. I don't actually touch the console until the end and that makes LESS of a difference than just hovering my hand over it. This is because RF is technically "broadcasting" the signal into your TV, using a cable instead of an antenna and placing my hand over the cable can shield the interference. I bet if I wrapped it all up in tin foil, it'd probably look close to composite!

Composite video doesn't have this issue, which is why if you live in a city, or are surrounded by interference like I am, it can look MUCH better. Alternatively, if you're in a place without lots of interference, RF can look identical to composite video in many scenarios; I actually demo'd this in my 2019 expo presentations.

I'll have more info on this in upcoming videos, but just wanted to share this clip with you here!
