Instructions:
1. Mods are splitted into folder "packages1" to 7,
2. start by opening packages1 and extract/copy/move all content to:
3. C:\Users\Username\Documents\rFactor2\Packages
4. Install mods using mod manager. Make sure you check both viewing options and click on Refresh.
