At last, it all comes down to this final act and dungeon. The final act consists mainly of reaching the end of the final dungeon and reacquiring the final party member for a full 5-person roster. After that, we've got everything needed to start wrapping up all the collectibles.

Make a separate save after acquiring the 5th member and you can go get the final Illustration, which is only available at this point. After beating the final boss, you'll get a scene where said party member leaves again. If you've seen every event up to this point, you should have the requirement to unlock the final puppet, Nightspawn. The headmaster who unlocks Nightspawn can only be accessed before the final act, so load up a save from a previous act and talk to him to unlock the puppet.

Everything else can be cleaned up by doing the requirements, as you should have everything you need to unlock all trophies/achievements if you were thorough with getting chests and seeing events.
