'Leaving Whiterun' stage bugged out: Rigmor got stuck running in circles. If you have encountered this bug too - read the description below:

So, first I went inside the stables building and then back out (going in and out Whiterun did not help, fyi, neither did reloading and redoing the whole scene again).
That checked the objective, but also made Rigmor disappear.

So I reloaded the save, made sure I track Rigmor (the current one! She had a previous instance, before Diamond Ridge - do not summon that, it's broken).
Then I went in and out the stables again. She disappeared. I summoned her with the tracking mod. She started running in circles again.
But this time she had a conversation for us to have and move the quest along.
After it she was lost for a second again. Go in the opposite direction from the stables, there is a little camp there. She teleported there, and the quest continued normally.

The whole thing must've been caused by the navmesh conflict, no shade on Rigmor here, it's a compatibility thing. I do wish there was a map marker on her though, and a more detailed description of the quest stages. But that's just nitpicking.
