Want a game that has emotional, symbolic storytelling at its heart and a character that has a mullet? Then check out this Cheapness affordable gaming review of RIME [Episode 38]!

This review delves into the game RIME by Tequila Works and QLOC and published by Grey Box and Six Foot. A mild platformer with visual storytelling and a touching significance (If you may only notice it at the very end and until then not see how good it is). The visuals are brilliant, a mild cel-shading depicting a Mediterranean inspired land of ruins and mystery. Soothing music too. A calm game with the intention of a walking simulator but a bit more (not much more) challenge from the puzzles and very solid and catching platforming. Unfortunately, the game isn't the best value for money as it is short compared to the price but it's a lovely artsy thing totally worthwhile!

Thank you for watching this review and I truly hope I turned you onto your next game whether through identifying its cheapness, quality or weirdness.
