Today, Cassandra smiles upon us and gives us a new friend, but then frowns and gives us too many new friends, who stop being friends, and then stop being at all. Also, we are plagued with cats, but I have no idea what expression a god has when it bequeaths you with cats. [Plus, I get to reuse a title pun!] Bonus story: we were once camping in a park with a name similar to "Wildcat", and while we were sitting around the campfire, we heard something getting into the dishes I still hadn't washed. Expecting raccoons, I grabbed my flashlight, but it turned out to be a housecat, in the middle of nowhere. Later, an entirely different cat showed up to try the same thing. I suppose the name turned out to be apt.
