PENACONY
What we know so far:

Penacony used to be a prison, but it's a tourist attraction nowadays. One of the main attractions is the Dreamscape, which is governed by the Family. A huge festival is coming up, which is why invations had been sent out to a lot of different factions, including the Astral Express. According to Himeko there was a Nameless (or more than one?) who had decided to stay at Penacony.
There's this mysterious thing called the Watchmaker's Legacy that a lot of people are after.
Strange murders inside the Dreamscape have been happening. Even a big shot like Robin got killed. This kind of things are supposed to be impossible because usually the Family guarantees the safety of every guest within the Dreamscape. And now they're trying to cover everything up.
The Golden Hour has been under construction for a while, because of the attack of the Memetic Creatures?

The current dresmscape is a "prison" or an isolated island, surrounded by a wall the Family has established. The true Penacony, the Watchmaker's Legacy, lies beyond those walls. You can only get there by "dying" in the dream?

The factions involved in the story so far:

The Astral Express:
We received an inviation and we're also looking out for any information regarding the Nameless that stayed on Penacony. There was a dream bubble of someone dubbed "The Worst Trailblazer" arguing with Pom/Pom.
3 Namesless stayed on Penacony:
Tiernan, Legwork and Razalina — the Express's guard, mechanic, and surveyor
Is one of them the Watchmaker?

The Family:
Sunday, Robin
Maintains the Dreamscape.
The organization with the most power in Penacony.
Followers of the Aeon of Harmony.
Not exactly sure what their deal is. But Acheron suspects that the tragedies that have occured so far are done by someone from the Family. But for what reason?
Sunday spoke about people paying the price they deserve at the end of "The Sound and the Fury" and spoke of a funeral for the Watchmaker?

Gallaghar
Sunday called Gallaghar a follower of the Enigmata, the Aeon of Mythus, and claimed he was not a real person but his form was just an acucmulation of other members of the Family. He's responsible for Robin's death?
Acheron, Aventurine and Sparkle seem to have realized this too.
Is Gallaghar the traitor in the Family? He seems to be close to the Watchmaker who was deemed a traitor by the Family. What's his goal? To stir up trouble in the Family before the Charmony Festival? Revenge?

The IPC:
Aventurine, Dr. Ratio (as a consultant), Topaz
Churin's goal is to retake Penacony for the IPC.
They're not interested in the Watchmaker's Legacy.
Trying to frame Acheron for all of the murders that's been happening.
Claims to have seen Robin get killed, and showed us the dream bubble which showed her dead body.
Aventurine set up this whole show at the amusement park to lure Acheron into slashing the walls and "killing" him in order to reach the real Penacony. Let's see if he makes it out alive...

The Garden of Recollection:
Black Swan
Seems to have struck a deal with Aventurine.
Interested in Acheron. Not sure what she's after.

Galaxy Rangers:
Acheron
She's after the Watchmaker's Legacy for some reason.
Wiped out the Annihilation Gang and took their invitation to come to The Reverie.

The Masked Fools:
Sparkle, Sampo
Not sure what their goals are.
Sparkle is breaking all kinds of rules within the Dreamscape and she can send us to a "deeper" dreamscape within the dreamscape?
As confirmed by Black Swan's companion quest, Sampo is actually in Penacony himself, but the Sampo we've met so far was just Sparkle's disguise.

The Annihilation Gang:
Wiped out by Acheron.

The Knights of Beauty:
Argenti?
Mentioned by Aventurine, but none of them have showed up so far.

The Stellaron Hunters:
Sam, Silver Wolf
Well, well, well... What a plot twist. My cute waifu turned out to be a cool mecha armor pilot.

The Reverie:
Misha
Misha was together with someone called Mikhail. He was crying and something seems to have gone awfully wrong.
