PENACONY
What we know so far:

Penacony used to be a prison, but it's a tourist attraction nowadays. One of the main attractions is the Dreamscape, which is governed by the Family. A huge festival called the Carmony Festival is coming up, which is why invations had been sent out to a lot of different factions, including the Astral Express. Three Nameless had decided to stay at Penacony, and we're looking for clues about them. At this point it's become evident that all three of them had passed on. Mikhail turned out to be the "Watchmaker", and we're about to find out about how he's related to Misha.

There's this mysterious thing called the Watchmaker's Legacy that a lot of people are after. Is the legacy the "true" Penacony?

Strange murders inside the Dreamscape have been happening. Experiencing "death" in the dreams should be impossible because usually the Family guarantees the safety of every guest within the Dreamscape. And now they're trying to cover everything up.
The Golden Hour has been under construction for a while, because of the attack of the Memetic Creatures?

The current dresmscape is a "prison" or an isolated island, surrounded by a wall the Family had established. The true Penacony, the Watchmaker's Legacy, lies beyond those walls. You can only get there by "dying" in the dream?

We know by now that the Dreamscape is a Stellaron at its core, and we gotta deal with that problem. However, the Family and Sunday don't seem like they would lend us a hand.

The factions involved in the story so far:

The Astral Express:
We received an inviation and we're also looking out for any information regarding the Nameless that stayed on Penacony. There was a dream bubble of someone dubbed "The Worst Trailblazer" arguing with Pom/Pom.
3 Namesless stayed on Penacony:
Tiernan, Legwork and Razalina — the Express's guard, mechanic, and surveyor

The Family:
Sunday, Robin
Maintains the Dreamscape.
The organization with the most power in Penacony.
Followers of the Aeon of Harmony.
Acheron suspects that the tragedies that have occured so far are done by someone from the Family.
Sunday spoke about people paying the price they deserve at the end of "The Sound and the Fury" and spoke of a funeral for the Watchmaker.
Well, as it turned out, Sunday and the current Dreammaster are both actually followers of Ena, the Aeon of Order, and Sunday seems to want to fulfill the lifelong dream of him and sis sister, Robin, of bringing happiness to everyone by reviving Ena, and self-sacrifice himself, so everyone would be able to live in the beautiful dream??

Gallagher
Sunday called Gallagher a follower of the Enigmata, the Aeon of Mythus, and claimed he was not a real person but his form was just an acucmulation of other members of the Family. He's the master of "Dormancy" or "Sleepie" lol The Meme that can send people into the true Penacony.
Acheron, Aventurine and Sparkle seem to have realized this too.
I still don't quite understand Gallagher's goal. I realize he's been trying to do something for the Watchmaker, but hopefully the story will elaborate more on that later.

The IPC:
Aventurine, Dr. Ratio, Topaz
Churin's goal is to retake Penacony for the IPC.
They're not interested in the Watchmaker's Legacy.
Trying to frame Acheron for all of the murders that's been happening. Now I realize that Churin had been doing it to get Acheron's attention.
Aventurine set up this whole show at the amusement park to lure Acheron into slashing the walls and "killing" him in order to reach the real Penacony.
Argenti confirmed that Aventurine was alive, albeit not doing too swell atm. Thankfully. Phew.

The Garden of Recollection:
Black Swan
Seems to have struck a deal with Aventurine.
Interested in Acheron. Not sure what she's after.

Galaxy Rangers:
NEW Boothill NEW
LOL. Looking for Acheron because she's been pretending to be a Galaxy Ranger.

Acheron
She's after the Watchmaker's Legacy for some reason.
Wiped out the Annihilation Gang and took their invitation to come to The Reverie.
Wanted to find a real Galaxy Ranger to pass on some relics of an old ranger she had known personally.

The Masked Fools:
Sparkle, Sampo
Not sure what they're after... Just causing havoc and have fun...?
Sparkle is breaking all kinds of rules within the Dreamscape and she can send us to a "deeper" dreamscape within the dreamscape?
As confirmed by Black Swan's companion quest, Sampo is actually in Penacony himself, but the Sampo we've met so far was just Sparkle's disguise.
Sparkle has been surprisingly nice to Churin...

The Annihilation Gang:
Wiped out by Acheron.

The Knights of Beauty:
Argenti
MVP so far lol

The Stellaron Hunters:
Sam, Silver Wolf
Well, well, well... What a plot twist. My cute waifu turned out to be a cool mecha armor pilot.

The Reverie:
