Regulatory clarity on cryptocurrency is key to the further expansion of the digital asset / digital token / cryptocurrency and Blockchain markets to go mainstream. Many politicians have attempted to put bills in front of Congress to make the needed amendments to our tax laws and financial laws that are on the books. The Token Taxonomy Act was one of the most well known, a Bill that was proposed by Congressmen Warren Davidson and Darren Soto.
Now with Brian Brooks sitting at the helm - there is some promise to see regulatory clarity and an expansion of cryptocurrency beyond anything we have seen so far.
