This Rise of the Ronin game guide video shows how to unlock Dive of the Ronin trophy - this achievement is awarded for gliding from the elevated deck at Kiyomizudera Temple. You must wait until you've advanced to chapter 3 and unlocked free exploration of the Kyoto map (final third region).
Kiyomizudera Temple is in the south-eastern corner of the map, in the Higashiyama area. Unlock the Veiled Edge Banner in that location - it's high up on the deck next to the main building. Start next to the banner, jump over the railing and immediately use the glider. You can glide to any area below you and you should receive the trophy after a few seconds of being in the air.
