Rise of Tomb Raider How to Swing Across and Scale the Axe to the Ice Wall. At the beginning of Rise of the Tomb Raider, Lara Croft has to swing across at the end of the rope and make it to the ice wall.

Move the left controller stick up and down to create tension in the rope. Use the X button on the first attempt. On the second attempt, swing the rope and then press A to jump and very quickly followed by X when Lara is almost next to the ice wall.
