So I have this distinct memory of falling in love with the Cube in one of my first successful Artificer run. The ability to have an equipment to drag all enemies in so I didn't need burst AoE and with Artificer's flamethrower you could just focus down a lot of enemies quickly.

As I played Risk of Rain 2 more, and I have played this game way too much, I gradually played around with the other equipments. This is a game where experimentation is how I continue enjoying the game and the cube eventually fell out of favor with all the new additions over the years. That being said it is not a bad equipment, it does not have the worst cooldown and it does control large groups of enemies especially if you don't have the capability to deal with them like Engineer does at times.
