Risk of Rain Returns - Enforcer on Judgement
5I struggled for a while with this character and even post patch where they buffed the Enforcer's movement speed I found it difficult to balance the blocking and damage. Getting defensive items are great, but you need to be able to burst down Providence. Once enforcer gets into the stance you have increased firing speed. Predatory Instincts will show how much faster you can fire. That's why I ignored most of the attack syringes because you already have increased fire in the stance but it'll really show with the Predatory.
I had to pause in the middle of the run, which is why there's a stoppage after a late stage.
