Probably cause no one was using the new Guns. Well hardly a lot of people will come up with something great since.
Aeroflak are great in Theory ... but only against slow moving Air Robos. And they are free kill for every land Robo, including a landed Air Robo :) The guns are so big cost so much CPU and are so easy to just shoot off the Robos.
