Beyond the Forbidden Forest, from Cosmi/US Gold, waaaaay back in 1985. I think I got my copy around 88 or 89, didn't really get on with it and it's been gathering dust ever since. Figured Halloween's as good a time as any to revisit it, see what I missed...

Loaded from original cassette* onto my trusty breadbin model C64 and played with a Konix Navigator hotshot joystick.


*or rather, *attempted* to load from original cassette, repeatedly, before giving up and loading from the Commodore Force covertape "Power pack vol 4" instead.
Twice.
And cleaning the heads of my datasette a few times in between too, for good measure.
I might be wandering the forest aimlessly for 11 minutes to begin with, but be grateful I saved you all that, ok?
