Hello Ghouls, Ghosts and Themlins,

This video covers the War level for Sarpedon on normal difficulty. The map has a number of twists, turns and islands to jump across to so it's easy to be a little disorientated when playing it for the first time. However, there are a few opportunities to cut some corners here, particularly in the very beginning. At the top of the map, if you jump off to the left instead of following the road straight down to the turn, you can easily out-pace your opponent! After crossing the first set of islands and following the road up the hill and turning left, if you continue straight down the path rather than following the upcoming turn, you can jump across to the path below you and save even more time!

We chose the Armored Boulder for this one as it has a good level of durability as well as much needed strength to barrel into the enemy castle door. We recommend defenses that knock back the enemy boulder or slow it down before any jumps so the Bull of Heaven, Anvil Bull, Balloon, Sticky Cows and well placed Trebuchets to help break down the enemy boulder.

Placing Sticky Cows at the very end of an island helps to prevent the enemy boulder from having enough speed to cross the gaps, ensuring many satisfying falls. Balloons and Anvil Bulls are also a great pair when placed together on each of the islands. All in all, the islands are definitely a great spot to exploit for knocking the enemy off course as well as cutting corners to beat the opponent to the doors.

Thanks for watching and stay creepy!
