A frame rate test showing the performance of Rocket League running on PS4 Pro. Update: Frame time spikes seem to occur occasionally when playing online.

The version tested was 1.29. All video settings were set to the default values for this test.

All the footage analysed here is from 4v4 matches against rookie bots. The footage was captured by starting the game in 4K and then switching to 1080p in the PS4 Pro system menu to force the game to downsample to 1080p.

Rocket League on the PS4 Pro when outputting at 2160p renders at a resolution of 3840x2160 using checkboard rendering. When outputting at 1080p it runs at a native resolution of 1920x1080.
