4Barbarian actually has some endlag on their moves, but also that damage is pretty nice.
It occurs to me if your boss strategy involves warping right there with the architect, you don't need the "heal before bosses" thing at all, however, you'd also not have any relics nor be able to expand your max hp with the choice rooms. Once you have the auto-heal maxed out, trying to do bosses as part of an actual run is more effective than in the first game for sure.
