Rogue Legacy 2 Vertigo Trait! Everything is Upside Down! (episode 4)
Let's Play Rogue Legacy 2 episode 4 - In today's episode, I experience the Vertigo trait for the first time. Things get weird *cue Stranger Things theme*, let's see how far I can go today...
In Rogue Legacy 2, the Vertigo trait causes the game to flip over so everything is upside down. The effect is incredibly disorienting...but fun at the same time. I feel like I lucked out since I was a Ranger and for the majority of the rooms I could simply stand and shoot things from a distance, without worrying too much about having to dodge, attack and jump all while the game was flipped around.
I feel like I did fairly well, all things considered. But, like I said, I was lucky I had the Ranger class. Later on in the episode, I take control of a Bookish Wizard who deals extra magic damage, but only has half the health he normally would have and deals half the weapon (staff) damage he normally would. I'm glad I had full health during my upside-down run, because that Wizard did not last long...
