ROKETZ (AMIGA "AGA")
20Zeus presents Roketz (un-emulated) for the Amiga A1200, a true classic from the golden era of amiga gaming which must not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game.
Year of release: 1994/1995
I never liked thruster games,...why?!,...because I suck at them (Yes you know it Ian - from Mutant Caterpillar Games,...my current 8-bit game challenger), and I HATE inertia in games but I load this up just for the cool music.
Basically this is a 2 player head-to-head only game as there is nothing you can do in this game playing on your own as the idea is for both of you to fly around the 6 levels and take each other out.
There doesn't seem to be a video showing all the levels so this is why I've oblidged.
In this upload I show all the levels just by flying round a bit, the intro sequence which is pretty cool and as a bonus the PD pre-release version title screen music which is slightly different to the full release version which can be heard here (21:51),...can you spot the subtle difference between the two?!
As said, I love the cool tunes but the game is not for me,...you thruster fans will like it though.
