In this video I have compared the music and sound effects of both the US and Japanese releases of Namco's Rolling Thunder for the NES and Famicom.
First is the US title screen followed by the Japanese title screen.
Second is the introduction to the stage 1 music, US and then Japanese.
Last is the main track from the stage 1 music, again US and Japanese.
For a visual reference, there is some sort of glitch above the time in the US version.
