Rolls-Royce | Silent Dreams
67As part of our new campaign to #InspireInclusion, ‘Silent Dreams’ highlights the contrast between children in privileged homes versus those from less privileged backgrounds, where societal bias forces them to suppress their dreams. This is based on insights from our Unnati ‘Wings4Her’ initiative where we work closely with girls in high school and provide parental counselling (amongst other support) to ensure families support their daughters’ aspirations.

Conceptualised and produced in-house, the video features Rolls-Royce India colleagues and their families enacting various roles to bring alive the social/ gender bias issue. Our colleagues Divya Vashisht, Aman Chanda, Kanchan Gautam and Naveen Rastogi along with their families came forward and wholeheartedly supported the creation process. We can’t thank our colleagues enough for their commitment and enthusiasm in bringing the project to life.
