Koei Tecmo has released the latest chapter in its Romance of the Three Kingdom series... and it's a cracker. Perfectly blending accessibility with the rich, deep strategy we have come to love in the ROTK series, XIV also remembers the main reason people love this series - for its depiction of the history itself.
