Not really related to the mod, but interesting nonetheless:
In the video you can see the Cargo Plane fairly easily fly while carrying the Jet. Not in the video is another test where the Cargo Plane can *barely* fly with a Dump on top of it. That doesn't seem right, so I decided to check out the specs:
Jet is based off the Boeing 747-400. The max gross weight of a Boeing 747-400 is ~875,000 lbs. Empty weight is ~403,000 lbs.
Dump is based off the CAT 789C. The max gross weight of a CAT 789C is ~715,000 lbs. Empty weight is ~300,000 lbs (but the Dump is obviously loaded in GTA V).
Cargo Plane is based off the Antonov An-124. The payload capacity of a Antonov An-124 is ~400,000 lbs.
So the Cargo Plane definitely shouldn't be able to fly with the Dump since it is loaded, but it is possible it could carry the Jet. The Jet can only seat 2 peds, so I doubt it is fully loaded. Or maybe the wings of the Jet create additional lift so that it isn't as heavy for the Cargo Plane to carry.
