Happy new year! Anyway, here we are with Grollschwert and the two notable alternative paths. The rest I didn't show were either about a screen long and didn't seem worth it, or I'm not aware of their existence.

Grollschwert is funny with me. I actually enjoy playing as Grolla, especially during the stages. It makes some challenges completely obsolete, but in a fun way. It's mostly the bosses. They are clearly not designed for Grolla to fight. Heck, it even warns you that this extra mode will test your sanity, and while I'm normally up for that, I prefer to do it in a familiar style. That's why I always play as Mega Man in Mega Man & Bass, or Revolution.

We also have two alternate paths to cover. The first one is in Trauare's stage. It's a bit of a trade off. It's shorter, and awards you a life for having the ingenuity to slide into a visible gap, but it is also more dangerous. The fish pop out of every pit, enemy placement is downright evil in most cases, and there's a few risky spike jumps. Safe to say, I prefer the other path.

Zeppelin 4 is our other path. It is completely different past the first few screens. As a whole, it isn't easier or harder... just different. The most notable area is where you ride the platforms across the darkness with a group of enemies waiting to pounce. I always cheese that area. I find it pretty ridiculous to attempt legitimately, and it's a little more stylish.
