Route 135 operated was First Manchester from Queens road but now Go-Ahead North West has taken over. It runs between Manchester Piccadilly Gardens via Cheetham Hill, Heaton Park, Besses And Whitefield into Bury Interchange.

These are operated using the Volvo fleet of buses which would have replaced the aging Scania Articulated Buses.
