The Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Navy has been celebrating 10 years of flying the Merlin Helicopter.

Since entering service in 2001, the Merlin has been used all over the world in countless ways.

Today they celebrated the airframes achievements at its home, RNAS Culdrose.

It is one of the workhorses of the Royal Navy, whether it is transporting Royal Marines or tracking submarines and launching stingray missiles.
