Tales of Vesperia PS3 with the English patch gameplay on the latest build of RPCS3 (6852 released on May 29th, 2018). Gameplay has VASTLY improved since my original 6552 build video, more specifically this week due to KD-11 and Pauls-GH's improvements. For the most part, I'd consider the game playable now, but of course, YMMV with your PC's specs. Forgive the constant USB disconnect/reconnect sounds, having issues with my PS4 controller's USB cable. The menu bug where half of it is black has been identified and will be fixed in a future RPCS3 build.

As I forgot to set the framelimit to 60 (as I wasn't aware of how much the performance was improved between 6852 and 6847), there are some areas where I surpass 60 FPS and the game speeds up which makes it a bit hard to battle and conversations speeding up. Around Quoi Woods is when I set the FPS limiter so it'd stop passing it.
