Hello everybody, in this episode of Let's Make a Game I spend the first half of the video showing the game up to this point, it's about 30 minutes of gameplay now. Considering the non-linear nature of it. It has probably 45minutes of content but one play-through in it's current state will be about 30 minutes. After the play-through I go over the new map I've added the new scenario I've started for Lydia the Naturalist. I show the new events I've put in the deep jungle map which include the Athelas plants you can harvest, treasure chests on the map and the healing spring event. I read through the storyline up to that point and explain my reasoning and logic for why it's super dark in the jungle. I've added a few new enemies which all have custom skills with custom animations and custom Icons. I've implemented the beginning of a mix skill and I show the note tags used to achieve the skills I've created. I changed how loot drops so most enemies won't drop gold any longer, however most enemies have a guaranteed item drop. I've added new items with custom icons and they are all used appropriately for the mix skill. In example you have to kill beasts that have a chance to paralyze you in order to get the items you need to mix an attack potion/skill that paralyzes the enemy. I'm really happy with the pacing of the battles and how the game is progressing and I hope you guys have enjoyed this video showcasing that.
