Wasn't sure about reviewing this. The people involved in the production of this RPG are complicated, hateful and resentful. I did it anyway. This is Maschine Zeit, a 2008 offering from - amongst others - Olivia (ne David) Hill ('deadnamed' for clarity), Filamina Young and Chuck Wendig. It purports to be about ghost stories in space, but there's far better options.
