How's it going everyone, here's a quick tutorial on how to make your own custom random encounter system for your battles. This is a very easy to use method and allows you to specifically select the number or range of steps you want in between each battle so you can adjust the pacing of your game with ease. I also include a few ideas like increasing the encounter rate if the player wear specific armors or using bubble popup icons to notify the player of an impending encounter and also some optional gab window stuff.
