From this movie onwards, I will only list the element for equipment once (so if 2 or more people have e.g Logical Cap, I will only list the element for it the first time).

Sion:
Level: 9
Weapon: Avenger. Element: None
Shield: Axis Shield. Element: Wind
Armor: Hector Armor. Element: Fire
Helmet: Open Helmet. Element: None
Accessory: Huey's Ring. Element: Fire.
Overall element: None (weapon), Wind and Fire (Armor)

Foxy:
Level: 8
Weapon: Crystal Knife. Element: Water
Shield: Axis Shield.
Armor: Lemnos Armor. Element: Thunder
Overall element: Water (weapon), none (armor - wind and thunder cancel each other).

Ture:
Level: 8
Weapon: Ogre Mace. Element: None
Armor: Giant Robe. Element: None
Overall element: None

You have 2 options when fighting this guy: 1v1 or 3v3. If you choose 1v1, you must win 2 out of 3 battles to be able to proceed the story.
So, we're doing 3v3. Which is by no means easy.
I had to make several new spells for this fight: WEAK (lowers Strength on 1 enemy), PROTECT (Magic Defense up), SPEEDNA (Speed up), SAFEALL (Defense up), SION and MEGAMI.
Ture has the highest MP and as such is a dedicated magic user, healing or using spells every single round except one (due to being out of MP).
Using SPEEDNA is a must. The sooner at least 1 Nergal dies, the better.
While all 3 are up, it's very hard: they easily deal 20-30 damage per blow. Foxy can survive 2 hits, Ture 3 and Sion 2-3 (depending on what attack is used).
Using MEGAMI to keep my health up, I use Sion to attack the enemies relentlessly (I had to get him the Avenger sword to make him able to equip a shield. Axis Shield is a common drop from Axis Knights in the forest north of the town).
Hector Armor is expensive, but very much worth it. The fire resistance is nice, but not a must (though I'll have more use for it later).
Having both Axis Shield and Lemnos Mail on Foxy makes her elements nullify each other - having either defense would be ideal (as the enemies can hit with both wind and thunder elements), but I prefer raw defenses over elemental resistance in this battle.
Once one Nergal is down, it's pretty easy to focus on the second one.
The reason I wait with the Nergal Master for last is because while he has full HP, he won't attack with a Thunder Sword nor Wind Blade. Hitting him even once causes him to attack with these. I was lucky and he only used Thunder Sword once and only on Ture (though he took nearly 50 damage from it!)

Surlent:
Level: 14

Legin:
Level: 14
Weapon: Cosmo Gun. Element: None
Armor: Packet Armor. Element: None
Helmet: Logical Hat. Element: Wind
Overall element: Wind

Sork:
Level: 14
Weapon: Ephirade. Element: None
Armor: Gregory Armor. Element: None
Helmet: Logical Cap.
Overall element: Wind

Lolo:
Level: 14
Weapon: Oxyones. Element: Fire
Shield: Axis Shield.
Armor: Packet Mail.
Overall element: Fire (weapon), Wind (armor).

First of all, I screwed up before recording this guy. How? By not equipping Thunder armors. I completly forgot that this guy is Thunder elemental. As a result, I take 50-90 damage from his attacks! (With thunder elemental, I'd have been surprised if I took more than 20).
Moving on...
(Out of space, read comments for rest of description.)
