Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani has been hired to represent Activision Blizzard in the video game publisher's counter-suit against former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega. Noriega sued Activision Blizzard for the use of his likeness in 'Call of Duty: Black Ops II' claiming he is owed money for his part in the video game.
