14,956The Runaway Teen challenge, part 1. I hope you enjoy this game play challenge in The Sims 4!
I found information about this challenge through the link below. Whilst we are not strictly following the rules, most of them still apply in a general sense for this series.

For any viewers who want the โdeli versionโ rules:
Youโre a run away teen with nothing but hope. You must survive and aim to have a happy and financially sustainable life.
- begin with $0 and do not attend school
- no building or structure until Basic kitchen, bathroom and bed can be purchased. No need for separate rooms as you may like to live in a tiny/eco home!
- avoid speaking with adults unless the sim autonomously approaches an adult then cancel interaction soon after. Focus on getting to know kids and teens.
- no deduction of funds each time we travel (thereโs no taxis or cars in The Sims 4 and manual deductions are annoying to remember and implement)
- food cannot be made by your sim until you own a kitchen within your home structure. You may buy food from stores or eat food prepped by other sims.
- no jobs via phone. You must have home based activities to make an income.
- silence phone until it makes sense you could afford one!
- no other sims in household until you meet sims. You can offer to move in and then they can become a part of your life story. Obviously the more sims the more income so adding more sims ruins the challenge a bit!
I think thatโs the basics. This challenge began in Sims 2 and then Sims 3. Like most challenges players have thought up the same challenge or changed it to suit their style. I am not the original creator of this challenge but am inspired by it. All play styles welcome, u sim how u like XD
