Sam takes us on a jaunt through the Qitana Ravel dungeon while playing Sage, the newest healing job in Final Fantasy XIV, all the while talking about the last week or so of his life, and the trials and tribulations that his poor mother has gone through, health-wise. She's not doing well, and sadly her Congestive Heart Failure is causing a lot of problems for her, but not as many as the hospital she went to this past weekend. Did you know that doctor turf wars were a thing? One group doesn't like another group, so they just spit back all their patients from their hospital. Kind of a uniquely American thing, I'd wager, but it certainly didn't get Sam's Mom seen last Saturday.
Either way, Sam explains it all (because who needs Clarissa?) and barely avoids a full wipe or two along the way while shaking off all the Sage Rust.
There's no GoFundMe or anything, neither Sam nor his Mom can accept any money because of how disability works right now, so there's no call to action, this is just a retelling of what happened this weekend, and what's coming up for Sam, his Mom, and the channel.
