Take a look at running Solus as a headless server to run Docker containers and NodeJS apps.

Solus or the Solus Project is a Linux distro built for desktop users. It also makes for a good server distro because it has fast tooling, is very lightweight, and uses up to date software libraries and kernels.

I used Solus Budgie because it was the lightest weight iso download at about 1.2gb. The desktop environment doesn't matter because a headless server will boot into multi-user mode anyway.
