This benchmark runs fine on the Surface Pro, the game runs around 20-40 FPS for the most part on any outside or inside environment at 800X600 so no the video did not stutter at all, I guess the only disadvantage would be that the video is squished to fit in the whole screen (4:3 ratio displayed is stretched to fit on a 16:9 Ratio screen). You can also see the benchmark running at 720p at 2:25 , even though it looks good at this resolution, just be aware that it did stutter a couple of times. Since the benchmark plays good on the Surface Pro, I guess I will give this one a SurfaceProGaming Certificate.
