The trick to charging your Elven Wrath is to get kills quickly.

Celebrimbor has abilities that recharge his focus when he gets kills, so you can take enemies down with charged headshots without running out of focus. When you run out of arrows, find some elf-shot on the map to refill.

You only need to charge your Elven Wrath within the time limit. You don't need to use it within that limit.

If there aren't many orcs left after charging the ability, wait until more orcs rush in before you use it.

You need to have 10 orcs around to kill with the ability for the last objective.

To kill orcs quickly, just mash the square button (X on XBox). Each press of the button will instantly kill a nearby grunt.
