This will be the biggest rubber-meets-the-road issue. The aggressiveness of a given factory overclock will be measured by this spec. The highest we have seen so far for an out-of-the-box overclock is the Asus ROG Strix RTX 3080 O10G Gaming, at 1,935MHz peak boost. Any overclocked card likely has a smidge of further overclock headroom that may vary from card sample to sample. But based on our experiments with three cards so far, don't bank on large gains from further overclocks on factory-overclocked cards. It seems, like with Turing, that Nvidia is not leaving much on the table to be eked out.
