Circuit Texture Pack: https://github.com/Usernm0/Ominfactory-GTCE-Circuits-Textures-Usernm/tree/master, go to "Code" and "Download Zip"
Extract the zip(s) above, then, go into the folder till you see "Assets", "Readme", "pack.mcmeta" etc. Zip up ALL those files together, name it something, and drop THAT into the resources folder
