Start off by calling the men to the new totem and creating a path for them. Once you finish that path start working on the one that will lead to the repel water knowledge. Once the new village is made destroy the old village.
Next call a villager to obtain the knowledge and make sure he is coming from the new village, not the old one. If he is coming from the old one then cancel the call, absorb the earth underneath that villager, and try again. Once someone from the new village is coming, finish building the path and fix any spots that may need fixing.
