You're going to want to use both the infinite earth and amplify the breath abilities at the same time. Also creating additional exits for both tsunamis can be helpful.
For the first tsunami you should focus on the three openings nearest it. Once you know the tsunami won't flow over the earth begin working on the other two openings in preparation for the second tsunami.
I got a new record with 03:13:60 which is my current personal best.
